Security of personal data

We devote maximum effort to protecting the personal data we obtain from our customers and visitors to the pages. For their security against unauthorized access or misuse, we use the most modern technology and procedures. We preserve personal data provided to us on computer servers to which access is fundamentally limited and which are located in secure spaces. During transmission of personal information via Internet data, we encipher using SSL so that unauthorized persons are illegible and thus unusable.

Collecting personal data

If we need data that identifies a specific customer (user) or which makes it possible to contact the customer for the purpose of providing services, that have been requested, we request this directly from the customer. Data which we compile in connection with the customer, it could contain a name and surname, company name, e-mail, telephone, contact and delivery address. We do not compile data about credit and other payment cards. If during payment, the Customer submits a credit (payment) card number, we send this number only to our bank, which does not provide it to anyone. We do not preserve any information about credit cards. In connection with improving Piklio.com services, we may compile certain information about customer visits, for example, the name of the Internet service provider and IP address, with the help of which the customer connects to our pages, the date and time of access to our pages or the list of visited sub-pages.

Access to your personal data

Personal data are accessible only by us and customers. Access to personal data is restricted by submitted access names and passwords, which are known only to the customer. It is possible to view and modify personal data at any time.

Use of personal information

Personal data compiled on the pages of Piklio.com will be used only for providing services that the customer has requested or to which he has given consent. Personal data will be used so that we can provide customers with important information about products or services, about orders and their performance, including other service updates. Some data will be used for simplification of the use of Piklio.com pages. If a customer gives us permission, we may send information also about other products and services. During fulfillment of customer requirements, we verify their arrangements with other companies, i.e. forwarders. With these companies, we provide only personal data that is necessary for providing specific services. We require from them that they handle this information discreetly and that they do not use it for other purposes.
